## Design and architecture

The design of the Marriott Executive Apartments Hanoi West Lake focuses on a premium "skyline living" concept, utilizing the upper tiers of a 27-story glass tower to offer panoramic views of West Lake and the Red River. Executed in partnership with Sen Decor JSC, the interiors reject traditional hotel constraints in favor of a zoned residential layout featuring distinct entry foyers, separate living areas, and high-end kitchens outfitted with custom cabinetry and premium stone surfaces. The property seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, anchoring its amenity deck with a swimming pool and an outdoor function terrace that connects directly to a flexible 50-square-meter meeting facility.
